How Does It Rate?
By Dr Jeffrey Hall
Coming up with a rating scale for food is not straightforward. It is very subjective and can be influenced by many things like your mood, the social circumstances for the meal, and such. So, I have come up with a simple rating system that can be applied to any meal, venue or circumstance. My goal is to give the potential dinner the information so they can decide on their own whether the eatery will fit their culinary palate.
The components are:
– Setting/ Ambience
– Service
– Food-Taste & Presentation
Each components is graded on a scale from 1-10 and included in the final rating from 1-10.
