Is it permanent?
Yes, where we have “frozen” those fat cells they are gone forever. Once a fat cell is removed from the body they will never reappear.
Does it hurt?
This is a very tolerable procedure. 10 minutes in to the treatment, the treated site is numb. Most of our patients nap or catch up on emails during their treatment.
How long does it take?
Here at Hall Plastic Surgery we have multiple hand pieces and two machines, the times range from thirty-five minutes to one hour and fifteen minutes. This all depends on how many areas you are treating.
What is Dual Sculpting?
We have two machines, therefore we can have you hooked up to both machines at the same time. You want to treat your whole abdomen? We can do that in half the time with both machines.
Will the fat go somewhere else?
No. But it is very important that you continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle and follow all post care instructions we provide you with.
Can I exercise afterwards?
This is one of the huge advantages to CoolSculpting. You can walk out of our office and head straight to the gym.
What is the downtime?
You will experience numbness to the area for up to two weeks. The numbness isn’t anything that will keep you doing your normal routine.
Will it tighten my skin?
We can’t claim that it tightens the skin, but we have had reported cases of this.
Where on my body can I do it?
If we can squeeze the fat we can treat it.
When will I see the results?
Optimal results are seen 2 months post treatment. We have had many patients report results as soon as two weeks.
