Hall Plastic Surgery was built by two specialists — one surgical, one aesthetic — who merged their practices in 2007 to create Austin’s only facility combining board-certified plastic surgery, a full-service Rejuvenation MedSpa, and an accredited on-site surgical center under one roof.
Dr. Jeffrey Hall
Dr. Hall is a native Texan and one of Austin’s longest-practicing board-certified plastic surgeons. He completed his residency in plastic surgery and opened his Austin practice in 1995. In 1997, he was certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) — the only board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) for the specialty — and has maintained that certification continuously for over 25 years.
He has served as Chief of Plastic Surgery in Austin, is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the American Medical Association, and the Texas Medical Association, and has been recognized by Castle Connolly and Top Doctors Austin. He performs every procedure personally — the surgeon at consultation, in the OR, and at every follow-up visit is always Dr. Hall.
Tricia Prior-Hall
Tricia Prior-Hall has been a leader in Central Texas skincare and aesthetic treatments since 1989. She became a licensed aesthetician in 1992 and was the first provider in Austin to offer laser hair removal — setting a pattern of early adoption that has defined her career. In 2004, she opened Laser and Skincare of Austin; in 2007, she merged that practice with Dr. Hall to create Hall Plastic Surgery & Rejuvenation MedSpa.
Tricia leads the MedSpa division at Hall Plastic Surgery, overseeing laser services, advanced skin treatments, body sculpting, and the practice’s skincare product offerings. She holds an Advanced Master Certification in CoolSculpting and completed Ultherapy Advanced Training — a program offered to a limited number of providers nationally. She has trained directly with Dr. Patrick Bitter, MD, considered the field’s leading authority on BBL and SkinTyte rejuvenation protocols.

Most procedures at Hall Plastic Surgery are cosmetic and not eligible for insurance coverage. Some reconstructive procedures and breast reduction surgery may be partially covered by insurance when specific medical criteria are met (documented chronic symptoms, conservative treatment trials, and minimum tissue volume requirements that vary by carrier).
