Tricia Hall, CLT

With a passion for innovation and a dedication to skincare, Tricia Prior-Hall has been a trailblazer in the beauty and aesthetics industry since 1989. After becoming a licensed aesthetician in 1992, she quickly made her mark as the first in Austin to offer laser hair removal, setting the stage for a career defined by forward-thinking and groundbreaking treatments. In 2004, Tricia Hall launched the Laser and Skin Care Center of Austin, and just three years later, she and her husband, Dr. Jeffrey Hall, merged their talents to create Hall Plastic Surgery & Rejuvenation Center—the first facility in Austin to seamlessly combine plastic surgery, medspa services, wellness programs, and a fitness center under one roof. Their practice grew further with the founding of Austin Hair Graft in 2014, offering cutting-edge hair restoration services to Austin and Westlake, followed by the opening of their Cedar Park location in 2019.

A true pioneer, Tricia has continually stayed at the forefront of aesthetic technology. Her advanced certifications from CoolSculpting University and specialized training in Ultherapy, combined with mentorship from global expert Dr. Patrick Bitter in BBL and SkinTyte, have established her as one of the most sought-after practitioners in Austin. She and Dr. Hall take pride in being early adopters of revolutionary treatments, consistently bringing the latest technology. Hall was the first in Austin to offer Cool Sculpting, one of the first to offer Ulthera, along with many other cutting edge modalities. With an unwavering commitment to continued education, she ensures that both her team and practice are always ahead of the curve.
Tricia’s true passion lies in helping patients achieve their best skin through personalized, results-driven treatment plans that combine medical-grade skincare and advanced aesthetic procedures. Her ability to transform skin health has earned her a reputation as a trusted expert who blends cutting-edge technology with a compassionate touch.
Away from the clinic, Tricia balances her thriving career with a vibrant family life. Married to Dr. Jeffrey Hall since 2002, they are proud parents to triplets; Grace, Caprice, and Hunter, born in 2006. Their family expanded once more in 2019 with the addition of their adored Hall Plastic Surgery mascot, “Bogey King Hall.” When she’s not leading her team or transforming patients' skin, Tricia enjoys working out with her family, tending to her garden, and embracing the balance between her professional and personal life.

Shelie Moore, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Shelie Moore is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner at Hall Plastic Surgery and Medspa's Cedar Park location, where she combines advanced clinical expertise with a true passion for aesthetics. A magna cum laude graduate from Texas Tech, Shelie specializes in full facial balancing with fillers, biostimulators like Sculptra, and advanced laser treatments. She is also certified through CoolSculpting Masters University and is an advanced provider for BBL under the guidance of Dr. Bitter. She finds true joy in helping her patients feel confident and beautiful, believing it positively impacts every aspect of life. Outside of work, Shelie enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, baking, running, and getting lost in a good book.

Maggie Seaquist, RN, BSN

Maggie Seaquist brings her dynamic expertise as a Nurse Injector and Surgical Nurse to Hall Plastic Surgery and Medspa's Austin location. With a BSN in Nursing from West Coast University and a background that seamlessly blends aesthetic artistry with surgical precision, Maggie is passionate about delivering transformative results. Specializing in everything from injectables and RF skin tightening to hair restoration and GL1-P therapy, she’s a versatile powerhouse known for her compassionate care. Whether she’s enhancing confidence through beauty or helping patients achieve their health goals, Maggie’s warmth and dedication shine through. When she's not changing lives in the clinic, Maggie tends to her flourishing collection of 17 indoor plants and enjoys time with her horse, Mr. T, and her loyal dog, Jolene.

Alicia Noble, CLT

Alicia Noble is a highly skilled Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician who began her career in 2012. She joined Hall Plastic Surgery and Medspa's Westlake location in 2020. She specializes in melasma, hyperpigmentation, and advanced corrective procedures, bringing a personalized approach to each patient’s skincare regimen. Alicia’s extensive training with Dr. Patrick Bitter in BroadBand Light and her expertise in Ultherapy set her apart, along with her role as a Senior Laser Hair Removal Technician. Known for her commitment to staying current with industry innovations, Alicia thrives on helping her patients achieve their aesthetic goals while building lasting relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Toni Mendez, CLT

Toni is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and laser technician at Hall Plastic Surgery and MedSpa’s Cedar Park location. She embarked on her career in 2017 and holds certifications in aesthetics, laser technology, and is recognized as a Master CoolSculpting specialist. With expertise in CoolSculpting, laser treatments, Ultherapy, microneedling, facials, and more, Toni is dedicated to staying current with the latest trends and advancements in aesthetics by regularly attending workshops and seminars. Her passion for aesthetics stems from her personal journey in overcoming acne, and she finds immense joy in empowering others to feel confident in their own skin. Outside of work, Toni enjoys traveling, camping, thrifting, live music, and spending time with her beloved dogs.

Leah Vasquez

Leah serves as a Patient Liaison at both the Austin and Cedar Park locations of Hall Plastic Surgery and Medspa, where she plays a key role in guiding patients through their aesthetic journeys. From scheduling consultations to ensuring every patient feels informed and comfortable, Leah provides personalized support to help patients achieve their goals. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, showcasing her eye for detail and creativity both in and out of the office. When she’s not assisting patients, she enjoys reading, exploring nature, traveling, and discovering new restaurants and bars.

Kelly Burns

Known for her warmth and dedication, Kelly Burns brings over 15 years of experience to her role as Patient Care Coordinator at Hall Plastic Surgery and Medspa’s Westlake and Cedar Park locations. With a background in plastic surgery, wellness, and integrative medicine, Kelly expertly blends medical office management and consultative sales with her passion for patient care. She finds true fulfillment in helping patients improve their lives, supporting them through every step of their aesthetic journey. When she’s not working, she enjoys outdoor adventures like hiking and kayaking, and cherishes spending time with her husband of 25 years, Bruce, and their two adult children.

Liz Gassiot

Elizabeth Hope Gassiot began her career in 1999 managing salons and spas. She serves as the Client Liaison at Hall Plastic Surgery and Medspa Cedar Park location, she began her career with Hall Medspa in 2018. A proud Austin native and Westlake High School alumna, Elizabeth thrives in the ever-evolving aesthetics industry, where she enjoys learning about new treatments and helping patients discover the wide array of services offered at Hall. Outside of work, Elizabeth treasures time spent with her family, loves going to the beach, swimming, hiking, and curating her extensive shell collection. She’s also the proud owner of Sage, a Blue Lacy and the state dog of Texas.

Kendra Stanton

With over 20 years in the beauty industry, Kendra Stanton is the driving force behind the digital marketing strategy at Hall Plastic Surgery and Medspa. As a former aesthetician, makeup artist, and OG beauty blogger, her deep understanding of skin health aligns perfectly with her role at HPS. Kendra's expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy enables her to craft engaging, authentic content that speaks directly to the needs and aspirations of Hall’s patients. By blending creativity with her extensive knowledge of beauty treatments, Kendra consistently delivers impactful content that elevates the HPS brand and connects with their audience.
