Tricia Hall, CLT — co-founder and licensed aesthetician at Hall Plastic Surgery & Rejuvenation MedSpa, Austin
30+ YEARS OF SKIN CARE EXPERIENCE

Skin care expertise, technology to match.

Hall's Rejuvenation MedSpa offers one of the most comprehensive skin treatment menus in Austin. The MedSpa is co-founded by Tricia Hall, CLT — a licensed aesthetician with over three decades of experience and an Austin pioneer in non-surgical aesthetics. Tricia holds advanced training in Ultherapy and BBL specifically, and she leads our skin program with a focus on personalized, results-driven protocols built around each patient's skin type, lifestyle, and concerns.

Our skin technology investment is comprehensive — Sciton's Halo, BBL, SkinTyte, and Moxi platforms; InMode's Morpheus 8; Ultherapy's focused ultrasound; SkinPen for microneedling; the PRX no-needle peel system; in-office Omnilux LED light therapy sessions; and a full menu of HydraFacials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and facial exosomes. Treatments are matched to your skin — not to whichever device we happen to stock — and all care is medically overseen by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Jeffrey Hall (ABPS-certified since 1997).

Hall's Rejuvenation MedSpa serves Austin, Westlake, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Pflugerville, Leander, Georgetown, and the surrounding Central Texas communities from two locations: a flagship Westlake office at 300 Beardsley Lane and a Cedar Park office at 301 Denali Pass Drive.

WHY CHOOSE HALL

Why Austin chooses Hall for skin treatments.

01

30+ years of skin care leadership

Tricia Hall, CLT — co-founder and licensed aesthetician — was one of Austin's earliest aesthetic providers and the first in Austin to offer laser hair removal. Her advanced training in Ultherapy and BBL anchors our skin program.

02

Surgeon-supervised medical oversight

Every skin treatment is overseen by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Jeffrey Hall, ABPS-certified since 1997. Medical-grade lasers and skin devices deserve medical-grade supervision.

03

Comprehensive technology, no compromise

We invest in the leading platforms — Sciton (Halo, BBL, SkinTyte, Moxi), InMode (Morpheus 8), Ultherapy, SkinPen, Omnilux, and more. Your treatment matches your skin, not whichever device we happened to stock.

04

Skin protocols built around your goals

We don't sell packages of the most expensive treatment. We build personalized skin programs that often combine modalities — laser plus microneedling, peels plus LED maintenance — for results that compound over time.

05

Surgical option always on the table

When skin laxity has progressed beyond what energy devices can address, we'll tell you so — and your facelift, brow lift, or eyelid surgery happens with the same family practice that knows your skin history.

SKIN TREATMENTS FAQ

Common questions about our skin treatments.

'Skin modalities' is the umbrella term for non-surgical aesthetic treatments that address the skin itself — versus injectables that work below the skin or surgery that lifts and removes tissue. Modalities include energy-based devices (Ultherapy, Morpheus 8, SkinTyte for tightening), lasers and IPL (Halo, Moxi, BBL for resurfacing and pigmentation), facials (HydraFacial, dermaplaning), microneedling (SkinPen), chemical peels, regenerative treatments (PRX, exosomes), and in-office LED light therapy (Omnilux). The right starting point depends on your skin type, concerns, age, and how much downtime you can tolerate. A consultation maps your goals to the right protocol.

All three tighten skin and stimulate collagen, but they reach different tissue depths and use different energy types. Ultherapy uses focused ultrasound to reach the deep SMAS layer (the same layer addressed in a facelift), making it the most powerful non-surgical lifting option but with more discomfort during treatment. Morpheus 8 combines microneedling with radiofrequency at adjustable depths up to 4mm — versatile for face, neck, and body, with effective texture improvement alongside tightening. SkinTyte uses infrared light to gently heat skin layers with no downtime — best for early laxity or maintenance. Choosing between them depends on the depth of your concern and your tolerance for discomfort and recovery.

All three are Sciton platforms, but they treat different concerns. Halo is a hybrid fractional laser that combines ablative and non-ablative wavelengths in one pass — best for visible texture, fine lines, and sun damage with 3–5 days of recovery. BBL (BroadBand Light) is intense pulsed light — best for brown spots, redness, and overall skin clarity, with minimal downtime. Moxi is a gentler non-ablative laser — best for early aging, prejuvenation, and maintenance with very minimal recovery. Most patients benefit from combining them strategically over time.

Many treatments are safe for all Fitzpatrick skin types when delivered with appropriate settings and protocols. Some lasers (especially older IPL and certain ablative wavelengths) carry higher risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation in darker skin and require careful provider selection. Hall's clinical team is trained to assess Fitzpatrick type and customize energy settings accordingly. For patients with skin types IV–VI, modalities like Morpheus 8, HydraFacial, dermaplaning, certain peels, microneedling, and Omnilux LED are typically excellent options. We'll discuss what's appropriate during your consultation.

Recovery varies dramatically by treatment. Halo typically requires 3–5 days of redness and sandpaper texture. Moxi is much gentler — 1–2 days of mild pinkness. BBL is often described as a 'lunchtime' treatment with minimal visible recovery. Ultherapy may cause temporary swelling for a few days. Morpheus 8 produces 1–3 days of redness and pinpoint marks. HydraFacial, dermaplaning, and Omnilux have no real downtime. Chemical peels range from no downtime (light peels) to 5–7 days of peeling (medium-depth). Specifics are reviewed during your consultation.

Most patients benefit from a HydraFacial every 4–6 weeks as part of a regular skin maintenance routine. The treatment supports skin health, reduces congestion, and keeps results from other treatments looking their best. Some patients schedule HydraFacials around special events for an immediate glow, while others use it as a foundational monthly treatment alongside more intensive lasers or peels.

Both stimulate collagen and improve skin texture, but the mechanism is different. Microneedling (like SkinPen) creates controlled micro-injuries with tiny needles — no heat, no pigment risk for darker skin, gentler recovery. Laser resurfacing uses focused light energy to vaporize damaged tissue (ablative) or heat it (non-ablative) — more dramatic results in fewer sessions, but more downtime and more skill required to avoid pigment complications. Microneedling combined with PRP or exosomes can deliver results comparable to a gentle laser with less recovery.

Pricing ranges widely — from approximately $200 for a HydraFacial or dermaplaning to $2,000+ for full-face Halo or Ultherapy. Most patients invest in a series rather than a single treatment for compounding results. Hall's Rejuvenation MedSpa provides transparent, written pricing during your consultation, periodically runs promotions, and offers patient financing through several partners — including options with 0% APR for qualified borrowers. We never recommend treatments you don't need.

Yes — and most effective skin programs do. Common combinations: Halo plus BBL on the same day for resurfacing plus pigmentation; SkinPen microneedling with PRP or exosomes for amplified collagen response; HydraFacial plus dermaplaning for cleansing and surface refinement; chemical peels with LED therapy for accelerated healing. Some treatments require spacing — for example, certain lasers shouldn't be performed within a few weeks of others — and our team will sequence your plan to maximize results and minimize downtime.

Omnilux LED treatments use FDA-cleared red, near-infrared, and blue wavelengths to stimulate cellular activity in the skin. Red and near-infrared light penetrate deeper to support collagen production, reduce inflammation, and accelerate healing — making them effective for fine lines, skin firmness, and post-procedure recovery. Blue light targets acne-causing bacteria at the surface and is used in our Blemish Eraser protocol. At Hall's Rejuvenation MedSpa, Omnilux LED sessions are delivered in-office, often paired with other treatments like microneedling, peels, or lasers to amplify and accelerate results.
